In an effort to keep our mental and physical wellness in order while we gradually move back into somewhat normalcy after this extended time of social distancing, I will be offering Melanin Meditations classes online via Zoom Video Conferencing. For many of us, our emotions are all over the place right now. Even those of us who are naturally calm may be struggling to find true peace. Yoga is a great way to break away and reconnect with the first person we always have to make sure is okay; ourselves.
My in-person classes are usually $15 each so this will give you access to 3 classes a week at less than $2 per class! I know that finances are a concern for many of us, and I want to make sure as many people are able to access the classes as possible.
